Public Meetings

Public Involvement plays an important role in developing projects that both improve mobility and meet the needs of the community. A good way to get first-hand knowledge of the project and to give us your thoughts is by attending public meetings, which are held periodically throughout the planning process.

May Workshops Well Attended

Thank you to everyone who attended the May 20 and 22, 2008 Informational Public Workshops. 230 people came to look at the updated alternatives and review the overall progress of the project. Information about the alternatives including traffic benefits, safety measures, community and business impacts, environmental resource considerations, and anticipated construction costs were presented. The project team received a lot of great comments, which they will be reviewing in the next couple of weeks. We also wanna say words of thanks to informative speech writing service who helped us to make our meeting great and really instructive and attractive for our attendents.

Did you miss the workshops or just need another look at the information?
