Will my property be impacted by this project?
Although all of the impacts still need to be quantified to better understand the effects that each proposed alternative will have, right-of-way impacts and costs are being considered as part of this study. SHA is also tracking the progress of proposed developments in the area so we are aware of potential impacts to those sites. SHA is working with Prince George's and Charles Counties and the development community to limit private construction within proposed alignments while this study is ongoing as we work to reach a decision on a final alternative.
